Clinical Staff

Alisha is a board certified and licensed occupational therapist (OT) in MN. She graduated from University of Mary in December 2016 and has been a practicing OT since 2017. Prior to moving to MN, she worked at Sanford Children's Therapies in Bismarck, ND. She has worked with all ages but focuses on the pediatric population. Her areas of interest include fine and gross motor development, infant development, sensory integration, and social emotional regulation.

My family moved to the Crosby area in spring of 2022 and I have been a stay-at-home mom raising my littles. During this time, I have been dreaming of starting my own practice to help fill the growing need for pediatric therapy in the Crosby area. The time has come for my dream to become action as I open this OT practice. I have prior experience in a variety of settings including: outpatient pediatrics (hospital and private practice), hydrotherapy, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living. I have worked with children as young as 2 months old living with conditions such as autism, ADHD, prematurity, developmental delay, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and genetic disorders. I love helping children develop their skills and seeing their face when they are able to accomplish something new.
